School and internship are very different, and I think it is because of the structure, environment, and regulations of internship compared to school. Everyone at my internship isn't afraid to speak their mind and say whatever they want, and unlike school, I won't get in trouble if I speak my mind as well. They are adults, and they treat me like an adult. On a different note, the internship is quite meaningful. It has influenced the way I think about certain subjects (I learned a lot about myself) and all this is useful because I want to be a leader and I have learned a ton about managing a business.
